quick sketch motivations

Here is a video I made regarding the art of quick sketch and some ways to set yourself up for a good session.  Motivation is the name of the game and I have several illustrated in this video.  The video is sped up so as not to bore you, and I apologize for the breathing of the camera.  When the video footage is sped up it is really obvious that I am wearing a chest camera.

You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be really something which I think I
would never understand. It seems too complex and very broad for me.

Hi Ron! I think these are great. I really like how you presented these different motivations of quick sketch. Sometimes, teachers and students will argue the superiority of one style over another. However, I think it's great that you presented these methods as they are.. just methods. I like how you showed the different perspectives and advantages of each style of quick sketch.

The Idea was to remove an idea from our culture that a commercial vehicle built; Thomas Kinkade's cottages do not represent quality fine art. drapery class

We teach a class that goes over procedures for drawing the figure clothed. This semester was a really productive semester and all the students improved considerably from the beginning to the last class, and it was awesome to see the rapid growth. These are demonstrations and quick sketches from that class.
